MP High Court Exam Syllabus 2014

High Court of Madhya Pradesh will conduct Main written exam after completion of Online Screening Test for recruitment ofposts of MP High Court District Judge. Nowadays Competition Level become very high so Competitive Exams gets too tougher. Candidates facing critical problem of “What to prepare” and “How to prepare”. So, here we are providing the latest Syllabus & Exam Pattern of District Judge Main Exam conducting by MP High Court.

Exam Pattern : Exam Pattern for District Judge written Exam (Main) is as Follows:-

► The written test will consist of four descriptive type papers.
► Each paper will contain 100 marks.
► The time duration will be 03:00 hours (180 minutes) for each paper.
► Minimum Qualifying marks- for General & OBC-50%, and SC/ST-45%.

7. Hindu Marriage Act, 1955
8. Hindu Succession Act, 1956
9. M.P. Land Revenue Code, 1959
10. M.P. Accommodation Control Act, 1961

Criminal Laws and Procedure

1. Indian Penal Code, 1860
2. Criminal Procedure Code,1973
3. Evidence Act, 1872
4. Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881
5. N.D.P.S. Act, 1985
6. Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988
7. S.C. & S.T. (Prevention of Atrocity) Act, 1989.

Paper-III

Writing Skill, Court Practice, Translation and Current legal Knowledge

1. Article on Legal Topic (in Hindi)
2. Summary Writing on Legal Topic (in English)
(For Summary Writing, a matter like copy of Plaint, Written Statement or Charge Sheet/Complaint may be given and the candidate shall be asked to summarize it into 200 words). 3. Court Procedure
(M.P. Rules and Orders (Civil & Criminal)
4. Knowledge of Current Leading Cases
5. Translation (1) From Hindi to English, (2) From English to Hindi
