Exam Pattern : Exam Pattern for Odisha High Court Stamp Reporter written Exam is as Follows:-

► The written examination shall include Two papers.
► Each question paper carry 100 marks.
► Each Paper will be of 02:00 hours (120 minutes).
► There will also be an Interview of 30 marks.

Exam Syllabus : Exam Syllabus for Odisha High Court Stamp Reporter written Exam is given below :-

PAPER I

1. Court Fee Act, Chapter-III Schedules-I & II : For Advalorem Court Fees and fixed Court Fees (with up to date Orissa amendment).
2. Suits Valuation Act : Sections 4 and 8.

PAPER II :

1. Indian Stamp Act : Sections 35, 36, 37 and 38.
2. Indian Stamp Act : Schedule-I.
3. Limitation Act, Part-III : Computation of period of limitation in filing of suits and appeals.
4. G.R.&C.O. (Civil) Vol.-I, Part-V, Chapters I and II : for fixing costs including the Rules and orders under Court Fees Act.
