Punjab Remote Sensing Centre Invites Walk-in-interview for tenure posts on contractual basis  for a period of six months likely to be extended further based on candidate’s satisfactory performance/review and project/Centre’s requirements .The recruitment is under Agro-ecosystems and Crop Modeling Division of the Centre.Interested candidates may apply for the post other details are given below.

Age Limit : Age Limit Of The Candidates Is Not more than 37 years on the date of interview. Additional 05 years in case of SC/ST/BC/PHC

Educational Qualification :

Research Associate	Doctorate/Master’s degree with first division in Agronomy/Agrometeorolgy/ Soil Science/ Environmental Sciences/Soil and Water Engineering/Geography/Geo-informatics/ Remote Sensing and GIS/Earth Sciences.
Research Fallow	First Class Master’s degree in Soil Science/Agronomy/ Plant Physiology/Chemistry/Agro-meteorology/Soil & water Engineering /Environmental Science/ Geography /Environmental Sciences/ Geo-informatics/ Remote Sensing & GIS/Earth Sciences
Research Fellow	First Class Post Graduate in Remote Sensing & GIS/Geoinformatics/ Geomatics/ or relevant to Geospatial/ Physics/Computers/Information Technology/Mathematics/Statistics/Agricultural Sciences/Earth Sciences with Graduation in Science or engineering discipline strictly
Junior Research	Master’s degree in Agronomy/ Agrometeorology/Soil & Water Engineering /Geography/Environmental Sciences/ Chemistry/ Plant Physiology Geo-informatics/Remote Sensing and GIS/Earth Sciences
Field Assistant	Matric in first division with Punjabi as one of the subjects

Application Fee : Non refundable fee of Rs 1000/- for the post of Research Associate Rs 800/- for the posts of Research fellow (Agriculture Analyst, Remote Sensing and GIS Analyst) Rs 600/- for the post of Junior Research Fellow and Rs 300/- for the post of Field Assistant by cash or Demand Draft (in favour of Director Punjab Remote Sensing Centre payable at Ludhiana).
