Desirous candidates may download the application form from the above website or may obtain it from the enquiry office of the University. Duly filled application form along with the necessary enclosures and a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000.00 (Non-refundable) drawn in favour of Registrar, RGPV, Bhopal, payable at Bhopal should be submitted to this office on or before 05.10.2016. The envelope containing application form must be superscribed “Application for the post _____________________" (Write Name of the Post & UIT).
Notes:-
1    Qualifications and Pay scales shall be as per AICTE Norms.
2    The above table also include the post of Director, UIT, RGPV, Bhopal which were advertised vide notices No. F-3/Admn/RGPV/2014/4025 dated 03.09.14. Those candidates who have applied earlier against this advertisement are required to apply afresh application form along with the necessary enclosures without application fee.
3    Candidates who have applied for the post of Director/Principal duly filled API Score Sheet (Available on University portal www.rgpv.ac.in) with all necessary supporting documents must be attached with the application form.
4    The University reserves the right to call only short listed candidates for the interview.
5    Candidates applying for more than one post shall be required to submit separate application forms for each post.
6    Employed candidates are required to submit their application form through proper channel, failing which their applications are liable to be rejected.
7    Reservation shall be provided to SC/ST/OBC/Women/Handicapped candidates as per the norms of the State Govt. of Madhya Pradesh.
8    The SC/ST candidates of Madhya Pradesh are exempted from paying the application fee of Rs. 1000/-.
9    SC/ST/OBC candidates of Madhya Pradesh will be paid TA as per University/Govt. of Madhya Pradesh norms.
10    SC/ST/OBC candidates of States other than Madhya Pradesh shall be considered under unreserved category.
11   These recruitments are meant strictly for the UITs specified above and are non transferable.
