Name of the Post: Scientist (‘SB’)
Name of the Discipline:
1. Animal Ecology & Conservation Biology: 01 post
2. Landscape Level Planning & Management: 01 post
3. PA Network, Wildlife Management & Conservation Education: 01 post
4. Remote Sensing and GIS (GIS Analyst): 01 post
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21 to 35 years (21 to 40 years for Native of Madhya Pradesh) as on 01-01-2018. Age relaxation is admissible as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Masters Degree in Forestry/ Wildlife Science/ Life Science/ Environmental Science/ Remote Sensing & GIS/ Geo-informatics with 60% marks from recognized university & Minimum 05 years experience in the field of Remote Sensing and GIS.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.50/- Bank Draft in favour of “Director, State Forest Research Institute, payable at Jabalpur.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format along with copies of all necessary documents & self attested passport size photograph, Bank Draft (SC & ST candidates are no need to send the Bank draft) with Rs.5/- self addressed postal stamps (12 c.m. x 25 c.m.) to The Director, State Forest Research Institute, Polipathar, Jabalpur – 482 008 (Madhya Pradesh) on or before 28-02-2018 from 10:30 AM to 05:30 PM through Post/ by Hand.
Last Date for Receipt of Application: 28-02-2018 from 10:30 AM to 05:30 PM.
